Description of property on which the cemetery is plotted, same being the Five (5) and One Half (1/2) and Three (3) acre tracts of land deeded by Charles Goodnight and the Goodnight Development Company respectfully to the Goodnight Cemetery Association by deeds recorded in Vol. 19, page 41 and Vol. 19, page 62 respectfully, Armstrong County Deed records, which Eight (8) and one half (1/2) acres is a part of Section 141, Block B3, N & GNRy Co., Sur. in Armstrong County Taxes. State of Texas County of Armstrong Know all men by these present, that the Goodnight Cemetery Association owner of the above discribed property, acting by and through its president Mrs. T.B. Miller, does hereby adopt the forgoing maps correctly representing, its plan for subdeveloping same, and does hereby dedicate the alleys and driveways as shown thereon to the use of the pubic as passways. In testimony, whereof the Goodnight Cemetery Association has caused these present to be signed by its president Mrs. T. B. Miller on this 4th day of November, 1910 . Signature: Mrs. T. B.
